KLR was established in 1995. It joined Cunningham Lindsey Group in 1999 and represented the Group in Russia and the CIS countries under the name Cunningham Lindsey Russia until 2019. During this period, the company became one of the market leaders in insurance claims management in Russia and built its business reputation. With the entry of Cunningham Lindsey Group into Sedgwick Group in 2018, KLR formally ended its membership in the Group and changed its name to the current KLR, representing purely Russian capital and interests.
